Don't touch exposed, hot or damaged electrical equipment. Keep clear, and switch off at the switchboard only if it's safe to reach.
Your preferred day and time are a request. We confirm availability with you before anything is booked.
Each screen asks one thing, so it is quick on a phone and you only see questions that apply to your job. Most people finish in about two minutes. You can go back and change any answer, and you check everything on one screen before you send it.
No. The day, date and time window are your preferences. We review the work, location, access and current schedule, then contact you to agree an appointment. Your request confirmation is not a booking confirmation.
Yes. Choose the most relevant repair, replacement or servicing option and tell us how many units are involved. Include the system type, approximate age and what each unit is doing. If the units have different problems, explain that in your notes.
Use the not sure option where available. Describe the equipment and what you have noticed. If a model label is safely visible from ground level, you can note it; do not climb, remove covers or touch wiring to find information for the form.
You can request a morning or afternoon visit, or any time within our hours of 7am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday. Select a preferred date, ask for the earliest available appointment or say you are flexible. The team confirms the actual day and arrival arrangements directly.
The website shows our availability message and continues accepting detailed requests. Submitted enquiries are saved for the team to review. Please follow the current message for response expectations. If there is smoke, fire or immediate danger, get everyone out first rather than waiting for an online reply.
Yes. Enter your suburb and postcode in the enquiry. The public directory shows the areas currently open for enquiries; we will check your address and the proposed work before confirming whether a visit can be arranged.
The number and type of items, equipment selection, electrical capacity, mounting location, pipe or cable route, access and disposal of old equipment can all affect scope. We ask about those details so the conversation can focus on your actual property.
Yes. Tell us your relationship to the property and who can authorise the work. Add any tenant, building manager or owners corporation access arrangements. A request does not itself authorise chargeable work.
Choose the main job and describe the additional work in your notes. For example, mention that a replacement air conditioner is part of a kitchen renovation or that you are also planning an EV charger. We can discuss how the work fits together.
A successful submission shows a request reference after it has been saved. If the form shows an error, your request has not been confirmed and your answers stay available so you can retry. A received request still needs review before a booking is agreed.
Your job answers are kept in this browser tab for up to three hours, so a refresh does not lose them. Your name, email, phone number and street address are never saved in the browser, so you type those again after a refresh. Everything is cleared when you send the enquiry, choose Start again or close the tab.
