Privacy policy

Your contact details, property and service answers, preferred appointment date and time, and enquiry notes submitted through our form. No payment data is stored on this site.

To respond to your quote request, deliver the booked service, and contact you about your job. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

The admin dashboard uses an essential sign-in cookie. The public website sets no tracking cookies.

While you fill in the enquiry form, your job answers are kept temporarily in this browser tab (its session storage) so a refresh doesn't lose them. That covers the service you chose, your answers about the job, the property type, suburb and postcode, and your preferred timing. They are cleared when you send the enquiry, when you choose Start again, after three hours, or when you close the tab.

Your contact details are never stored in the browser. Your name, email address, phone number, street address and notes stay in the open page until you send them, so after a refresh you type them again.

After you send an enquiry, only its reference number is kept in the tab for 30 minutes, so a refresh shows your confirmation instead of an empty form. Your answers and contact details are never sent to analytics.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@totalcomfortservices.com.au.
