We review the details
The answers you give in the form (the job, the type of property, your suburb and when suits you) tell us who on our team should look at it and what to bring. If something isn't clear, we'll ask. Short, specific details help most: what happens, when it started, and anything that has tripped or changed.
We're based in Altona Meadows and work across Melbourne's west. If your suburb isn't on our list, send the enquiry anyway and we'll confirm whether we can help.
We confirm availability and agree a time
We reply by email or phone, as you asked. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 7am to 5:30pm. If you picked a date in the form we check that first; otherwise we offer the earliest visit we have or find a day that suits you, with a morning or afternoon window. If we're away on holiday, the website says so and we reply when we're back.
The visit and the price
At the visit we look at the job, explain what we find in plain terms and give you the price before any work starts. If something extra turns up along the way, we explain it and price it before doing anything more. Electrical work comes with a Certificate of Electrical Safety.
An enquiry form isn't the place to report a dangerous situation. If there is smoke, fire or immediate danger, get everyone out, and switch off at the switchboard if it's safe to reach.
